Catherine’s journey began in sustainability. She earned a master’s degree in Sustainable Community Development from Northern Arizona University and was a recognized leader in campus sustainability. After nearly a decade of championing energy efficiency and renewable technologies, Catherine transitioned to aviation planning after joining a nationally renowned engineering and planning firm.

Her unique combination of strategic insight, clear communication on complex issues, deep knowledge of regulatory processes, and extensive experience with both public and private clients established her as a successful aviation planner and project manager.

In hindsight, her shift into aviation feels like a natural progression: Catherine’s father was a private pilot, and she spent countless weekends of her childhood flying to general aviation airports across Florida. Air shows became cherished family traditions—perhaps aviation is, indeed, in her blood.

After nearly ten years with the firm, life took another turn. Catherine married a Navy officer and moved overseas, leading to the birth of Atlas. This venture allowed her to continue serving airports, agencies, and aviation partners while supporting the U.S. military’s work abroad.

Today – as she always has – Catherine approaches her work with an unwavering commitment to her clients and attention to detail. She listens deeply, ensuring that every project reflects their unique needs and the communities they serve. Airports, in her view, are far more than transit hubs—they are engines of economic growth, strategic security assets, centers of resilience, and sources of local pride.
